NewMusicSA aims to foster a sense of community surrounding New Music in South Africa through our many special and unique events and activities such as the New Music Indaba and Unyazi festivals, the Bow Project and the Visby Residencies exchange programme. We also provide an important resource for composers and all those interested in New Music via the news and information on our Web site, in our bulletin and also in our e-newsletters.
The more funds we can raise the more we can do! As a result, we would be delighted if you would consider making a donation to us.
As a sign of our appreciation to those who have donated, we will publish a list of our donors on this page under the following categories:
Friends and Close Friends automatically receive NMSA membership for the current year.
Lovers of NewMusicSA receive 25-year membership of NMSA — that's the equivalent of 15 years' free membership at the current rates!
We would be more than happy if you would prefer to split your donation into a number of monthly instalments. Please let us know how many instalments you wish to pay so we know which category you are aiming for. Donors who reach 'Lovers of NewMusicSA' status through monthly instalments will, of course, also receive 25 years' free membership!
You can also donate anonymously; just let us know you would like to remain anonymous when you complete our donation form.

Donating to NewMusicSA involves the following four-step process:
NewMusicSA is a non-profit section 21 company dedicated to supporting South African New Music. We also provide an important link to the international new music community in our role as the South African Section of the International Society for Contemporary Music (ISCM).
We are lucky to have a special link with the Gotland section of the ISCM in Sweden that makes it possible for South African composers to spend time on their work at the Visby International Centre for Composers.
